Job Description
This position involves handling all aspects of human resources for Italy and Europe, including onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to identify and resolve complex HR issues, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as our HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling all people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Own and drive employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
* Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
Requirements
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills: identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
* Data-driven: you challenge the status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
