The Hotel Director oversees the day-to-day operation of various departments within the hotel operations, driving positive results and maximizing company targets. The Hotel Operations Department includes food service, housekeeping, guest relations, finance, entertainment, IT systems, cruise sales, and revenue-generating areas.
