AI PROJECT MANAGER & LEAD ENGINEERFor our client, a multinational industrial company operating in the automotive and filtration sector, we are looking for an:The role, reporting directly to the Group Chief Information Officer, will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives within the organization, combining project management, solution architecture, and hands‑on technical development.The position will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable and production‑ready AI solutions, ensuring measurable impact across different functions including Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.The resource will coordinate international and cross‑functional teams, driving the adoption of AI technologies and contributing to the evolution of the company’s digital transformation strategy within a complex industrial environment.RoleCollect, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders and operational functionsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specificationsDefine project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for AI initiativesCoordinate international teams and ensure alignment across different locations and development streamsMonitor project progress, risks, and performance, ensuring timely execution and deliveryDesign scalable end-to-end AI solutions, including data flows, system integration, and AI/ML model orchestrationDefine and promote technical standards, best practices, and development governanceActively contribute to technical development activities, including AI APIs, services, data pipelines, and LLM-based applicationsSupport engineers on complex technical challenges and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistencyPromote code reusability, maintainability, and documentation standards across teamsEnsure effective deployment and adoption of AI solutions within the organizationMonitor and report KPIs related to efficiency improvements, cost optimization, and quality enhancement initiativesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support the continuous evolution of AI capabilities and digital innovation initiativesRequirmentsAt least 5 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, and AI-related rolesStrong experience in project management and coordination of complex technological initiativesAdvanced knowledge of Python and experience with API development frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or .NETGood understanding of AI/ML models, architectures, and AI solution integrationExperience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft AzureStrong knowledge of SQL and data management practicesAbility to translate business needs into effective technical solutionsStrong stakeholder management skills within international and multicultural environmentsHands‑on mindset combined with strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilitiesExperience in industrial or manufacturing environments will be considered a strong plusFluent English knowledge is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
