About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to develop and grow our business in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including bike shops, distributors, and OEM partners.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration in Italy.
* Provide product training and support to retailers and distributors if necessary.
* Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products when needed.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with new customers or direct handover to HQ.
* Provide market feedback to the company to support product development and sales strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in the bicycle industry, preferably in the Italian market.
* A strong network of contacts within the bike retail and distribution sector or other industries.
* The ability to work independently and be self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent Italian language skills and working proficiency in English for communication. Other languages are a plus.
* An interest in cycling and bicycle security solutions is ideal.
