We are looking for a Finance Manager to take part in Şişecam Flat Glass Italy located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD). The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally within manufacturing environments Proficiency in both English and Italian at an advanced level Demonstrated expertise in financial operations and application of accounting principles In-depth understanding of Italian accounting standards and regulatory frameworks Prior experience with SAP is highly desirable Proven leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Job Description Maintain the organization’s financial health and control income, cash flow, and expenditures Oversee the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial closing packages and the company’s budget Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance against business plans Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for management Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by reporting lines Develop financial trends and projections Oversee finance department operations, set goals and objectives, and design frameworks to achieve them Liaise with auditors to ensure proper financial monitoring Act as a finance business partner, supporting business unit leaders in making sound decisions and achieving company objectives Forecast cash flow positions, borrowing needs, and available funds for investment Maintain banking relationships and support the Treasury Department Follow up on legal issues and negotiate with relevant institutions Monitor government incentives and grants, taking necessary actions Oversee company ERP development based on local requirements in line with company procedures and participate actively in various projects, such as ERP improvements and system developments J-18808-Ljbffr
