Our internship will give you first-hand insights into P&O; processes, such as Recruiting, Learning & Development, People Strategy, Organization, Internal Communication, Industrial Relations.\nHow your agenda looks like: Recruiting: job offers publication, CV screening and feedbacks about candidates to the Business Partners.\nSupport pre-onboarding and onboarding phases for new comers.\nTraining & Development: support the definition of training & development plans, also through the use of funded training (Fondimpresa).\nHR reports by SAP SuccessFactors.\nInternal communication development for employees.\nGraphic content creation for HR initiatives by using Canva and PowerPoint.\nConstant interactions with internal stakeholders and business partners.\nSupport the P&O; Manager during Trade Unions negotiation phases.\nYour team:\nYou will collaborate with the P&O; team and you will be supported by your tutor, P&O; Manager.\nHow you look like: Education: a brilliant laureate with a Master’s Degree in Economics, Organization, Management, Human Resources or similar branches.\nTechnical & Soft Skills: Digital savvy, in particular Office Suite and Canva.
