The role combines advanced engineering activities, direct customer interaction, and business development, working closely with Research Development (RD) and Sales teams to deliver high-value, customized solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop customized vacuum chambers and integrated systems to match customers’ needs in specific complex projects /li liTranslate market and customer requirements into reliable, high-performance, and manufacturable engineering solutions /li liPrepare technical offers and documentation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives with correct price positioning /li liExchange ideas with customers and look for proper support with the technical back office to finalize the design of most suitable solutions, ensuring both technical and smooth manufacturability /li liAct as a technical interface between customers, RD, and Sales, supporting strategic and commercial decisions /li liSupport business development by driving the engineering and introduction of new high-tech products and system solutions, strengthening existing customer relationships and enabling new market opportunities /li liCollaborate with and support the sales network in the introduction of new products and systems into the market /li liEnsure the optimal performance of high-vacuum systems throughout the project lifecycle /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering /li liAt least 5 years of experience in the same or similar role, preferably within high-tech mechanical sector (experience in vacuum technology will be considered a plus) /li liBackground in mechanical and system integration /li liExcellent command of English, written and spoken, and preferably knowledge of Italian /li liCommunication and interpersonal skills, with a customer- and business-oriented mindset /li liProactive mindset, capable of driving initiatives and taking ownership in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment /li liWillingness to travel, depending on project and business needs /li /ul h3Location /h3 h3What we offer /h3 ul liPermanent and full-time contract /li liPosition and annual gross salary: indicative range of €50.000,00 - €55.000,00, to be defined based on experience and professional background /li liInclusion in an innovative, high tech and international environment /li /ul h3Our Commitment to Diversity /h3 pAt SAES Getters, we are committed to fostering a workplace that embraces all aspects of diversity and inclusion and where practices are equitable to ensure our people experience a sense of belonging.
