H25/401 /strong /ppstrongRole /strong /ppReporting directly to the Senior Director Accounting Controlling and in order to expand the team, the candidate will be involved in the following activities: /pulliFinance process re-engineering; /liliIdentify and implement opportunities for job automation, creating more room for more value-adding analysis; /liliCost management, controlling and reporting (variance analysis); /liliAssist with monthly closing process, including various reporting requirements; /liliContribute to budget and forecast planning in line with Group requirements; /liliEnsure compliance with internal procedures and operational guidelines in alignment with Group policies; /liliEnsure all internal financial controls, policies procedures are followed; /liliEnsure corporate policy and procedure compliance; /liliProvide the management with the appropriate reports in order to support decision making; /liliImprove current ways of working, creating best-practice processes and automated systems to support finance activities; /liliProvide support on driving reporting and internal control, budget and forecast reporting; /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliUniversity degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering. /liliMinimum of 2 years of experience in controlling (multinational environment should be a plus) or in consulting firm economics/finance. /lilistrongExcellent use of Office applications. /strong /lilistrongKnowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling. /strong /liliNice to have: Hands-on experience in SAP deployment and roll-out initiatives. /lilistrongProficient in Business Intelligence tools. /strong /liliEnglish knowledge at least B2. /liliRelational abilities and proactive behavior. /li /ulpstrongHuman Value /strong si occupa di attività di strongExecutive Search Selection /strong (Aut.
