Data Scientist – Research & Development & Artificial Intelligence
Play an active role in shaping innovation.
In the role of Data Scientist within the Research & Development and Artificial Intelligence practice, you will contribute to the technical‑scientific oversight of innovative AI projects, supervising work packages, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and supporting advanced research prototypes.
Responsibilities
* Design and oversee AI components within various project work packages.
* Verify the quality and consistency of project documentation deliverables.
* Supervise prototypes from a technical‑scientific perspective.
* Support R&D in AI, Generative AI, and NLP.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, industrial partners, and academia.
* Contribute to defining methodologies, experimental approaches, and evolution lines of AI solutions.
Requirements
* Background as researcher in IT and artificial intelligence.
* Experience participating in R&D projects.
* Knowledge of main AI, Generative AI, and NLP technologies and frameworks.
* Experience using ML and Big Data frameworks, especially PySpark ML.
* Experience producing and reviewing technical‑scientific documentation.
* Technical coordination and project supervision skills.
* Strong analytical skills and teamwork ability.
Location
Cosenza, with hybrid work mode.
