Come Identity and Access Management Specialist, avrai un ruolo attivo nelle attività di implementazione e supporto alla progettazione di soluzioni IGA per clienti enterprise in contesti eterogenei.
Farai parte della Security Practice, il cui obiettivo è guidare la trasformazione digitale delle aziende attraverso architetture di sicurezza moderne.
Lavorerai in un team di progetto occupandoti delle attività di delivery della soluzione, sotto la supervisione di figure più senior.

Cosa farai:
- Configurare e implementare soluzioni IGA.
- Implementare processi di Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
- Integrare IGA con sorgenti autorevoli e target applicativi (HR, Active Directory, LDAP, Database, applicazioni custom e SaaS).
- Configurare campagne di certificazione, policy di Segregation of Duties (SoD) e modelli RBAC.
- Sviluppare e personalizzare workflow, regole, trasformazioni e integrazioni in base ai requisiti di progetto.
- Supportare attività di test (unit, integration, UAT), troubleshooting e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni.
- Collaborare con gli stakeholder per la raccolta dei requisiti e supportare le attività di design architetturale.
- Fornire supporto post go-live, redigere documentazione tecnica ed effettuare knowledge transfer.
- Contribuire all’adozione di standard, best practice e modelli riutilizzabili per le soluzioni IAM.

Competenze ed esperienze:
- Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni in ambito Cyber Security e IAM in contesti enterprise o system integrator.
- Conoscenza dei principi di Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Esperienza nell’integrazione di sistemi tramite REST API, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC.
- Conoscenza dei processi di provisioning, riconciliazione, access request e certificazioni.
- Esperienza nella definizione e implementazione di modelli RBAC.
- Conoscenza di Active Directory, LDAP e ambienti ibridi cloud/on-prem.
- Familiarità con sistemi operativi Windows e Unix/Linux.
- Conoscenza base delle tecnologie Database (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
- Capacità di troubleshooting e analisi in contesti complessi.
- Conoscenza di linguaggi e scripting utilizzati nei progetti SailPoint (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarità con framework normativi e di compliance (es. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)

- Esperienza nel lavorare con stakeholder di business e team cross-funzionali.
- Attitudine consulenziale e autonomia operativa.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- Esposizione a progetti con clienti enterprise o C-level.
