We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our beverage operations team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day bar activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and upholding our hospitality standards.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing team members, providing guidance on service quality, and maintaining high levels of beverage preparation and inventory management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading pre-shift briefings with the team
- Coordinating work schedules and shifts
- Maintaining beverage stock levels
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be proficient in French and English. Experience in luxury hospitality is desirable.
This is a seasonal contract position with accommodation available. We offer ongoing training and access to professional development courses.
