Greeting customersBeing involved in stock control and managementAssisting customers to find what they are looking forGiving advice and guidance on product selection to customersBeing responsible for processing cash and card paymentsReporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisorDealing with customer refundsResponsible for dealing with customer complaintsWorking within established guidelines, particularly with brandAttaching tags to merchandise on the floorReceiving and storing the delivery of stockKeeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as Sales Associate in Luxury/Fashion industry will be a plusSelling experience in RTW and accessoriesHaving a friendly and engaging personalityComfortable working with members of the publicShould have a confident manner and be result-orientedMust be helpful and polite with positive attitude and reliable behaviourAble to work as part of a boutique’s teamKnowledge of inventory techniquesFluent English
