HR MANAGER OPERATIONS The position, which reports directly to the group's HR management, has the objective of ensuring the definition and management of the people strategy towards the company's Operations population. It entails broad and multi-plant responsibility, with reference to all issues of industrial relations, organisation, development and labor costs. Specifically, it will deal with: Manage the Marche operations area by defining the processes and ensuring their efficiency Support and guide the business in achieving the BU's objectives through the application of strategies and management of HR processes Supervise and implement performance evaluation, remuneration and benefits processes, aligning them with business challenges and organizational developments Support internal communication within the BU Participate in transversal initiatives and projects relating to HR issues. The ideal profile: Degree, a master's degree in HR is a plus HR Manager with experience in the industrial sector, preferably in advanced and structured contexts Good knowledge of labor relations management, development, redesign of HR processes, budget management Fluent knowledge of the English language Offer: Permanent contract Package linked to the experience actually gained ( fixed salary, bonus and benefits ) Work location: Marche.
