Location: Nova Milanese **Responsibilities**: - Support order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking
- Verification and control of invoices, contracts, and administrative documents
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure workflow continuity
- Communication with clients and suppliers
- Data entry and updates in management (ERP) systems
- Document management and archiving (both physical and digital)
- Collaboration with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency **Qualifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in similar roles (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Accuracy and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
