Experteer Overview In this role you will enable reliable, safe plant operations through SAP-based maintenance and quality tools. You will bridge plant users and IT delivery teams, ensuring consistent SAP PM/QM support across regions while driving improvements. You will participate in global rollouts and upgrades, collaborating with international stakeholders to evolve our digital landscape. Your work will directly impact plant reliability, product quality, and operational efficiency within Prysmian's global footprint. This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional role at the intersection of business processes and technology.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support and continuously improve digital tools used by plants for maintenance activities and quality controls
Act as a key point of contact between plant users and IT delivery teams, translating operational needs into effective system solutions
Ensure SAP applications supporting maintenance execution and quality inspections work smoothly across regions
Analyze requests, incidents, and improvement opportunities, prioritizing and delivering appropriate solutions
Participate in global rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades, including testing, training, and go-live activities
Collaborate daily with international stakeholders, gaining exposure to different plants and processes
Contribute to an evolving digital landscape with SAP at the foundation and integration of new technologies
Responsabilità At least 5 years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM), ideally on S/4HANA
Strong understanding of maintenance processes (preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts) and quality processes (inspections, controls, certificates)
Experience providing functional support, handling incidents, and improving system usability
Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate needs into practical solutions
Exposure to global or multi-plant environments with emphasis on standardization and harmonization
Familiarity with SAP master data, configuration, and integration with other modules
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Fluent English (written and spoken)
