This role combines strategic leadership, commercial development, and project execution, ensuring Artemest’s artisanal excellence, customization capabilities, and curated network of makers are translated into scalable, profitable contract solutions aligned with luxury market standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and develop opportunities in hospitality, luxury residential, yachting, retail, offices, and public spaces. /li liBuild Artemest’s presence among architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality operators, procurement companies, and project managers. /li liEstablish Artemest as a preferred contract partner for multi-category projects. /li /ul h3Commercial Leadership /h3 ul liLead business development activities for the team. /li liLead negotiations for large-scale and high-value contract projects, including pricing, margins, timelines, and contractual terms. /li liDefine commercial policies, discount structures, and profitability targets for the Contract channel. /li /ul h3Manage key global accounts and strategic partnerships /h3 ul liCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Marketplace teams to integrate contract opportunities into Artemest’s ecosystem. /li /ul h3Team Structure Development /h3 ul liLead the Contract team (sales, account management, project management, design). /li liCollaborate closely with Artemest International Sales Teams (NY, Miami, London, Dubai) to evaluate opportunities and secure project development standards. /li liDefine processes, tools, and KPIs to support scalable growth. /li liFoster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. /li /ul h3Project Operational Oversight /h3 ul liOversee the full contract project lifecycle: from brief analysis and feasibility to production coordination, delivery, and installation. /li liCoordinate internal teams and external partners (artisans, manufacturers, logistics providers). /liliEnsure compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality standards required in international contract projects. /li liMonitor timelines, budgets, risks, and client satisfaction. /li /ul h3Product Customization Leadership /h3 ul liWork closely with artisans and manufacturers to scale bespoke solutions while maintaining artisanal quality. /li liTranslate client and market needs into product and service enhancements. /li /ul h3Job Details /h3 ul liLocation: Milan (with international travel) /li liReports to: CEO /li liFunction: Contract Project Business /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 h3Profile Experience /h3 ul li7/10+ years of experience in Contract / Project Business within luxury furniture, design, or interiors. /li liSolid commercial acumen with experience managing complex negotiations and PL impact. /li liProven track record in roles comparable to Head of Contract / Project Sales in premium or luxury brands. /li liDeep understanding of contract project dynamics, including hospitality and bespoke projects. /li liStrong operational and project management skills. /li liInternational mindset and willingness to travel extensively. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liStrategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability. /li liStrong leadership and influencing skills. /li liExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management. /li liHigh sensitivity to luxury positioning, craftsmanship, and design culture. /li liAbility to balance creativity, feasibility, and profitability. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Altre informazioni /h3 h3Why Artemest /h3 ul liOpportunity to shape and scale the Contract division of a globally recognized luxury platform. /li liWork at the intersection of Italian craftsmanship, design excellence, and international projects. /li liHigh visibility role with direct impact on Artemest’s global growth and brand authority. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
