The CS ICT Demand Management (DM) unit is established within the CIB Business & Process Transformation (B&PT) area. DM unit manages the IT-related demands versus the ICT providers (UCS, 3rd parties, etc.) in close cooperation with respective business’ managers across all CIB business lines. At the same time the team accompanies the project portfolio execution and assures the quality of the services provided by IT providers, also in the daily operations. In that, DM supports all CIB business (incl. Markets, GTB, F&A, International Network, FIG and others) across legal entities and locations. With its role to connect business, B&PT business partners, ICT providers as well as relevant functions on Group level, DM is considered the central hub in managing CIB’s ICT project portfolio. Its proximity to top management provides an exciting perspective to the overall setup
What you'll be doing
The new team member will be interacting directly or indirectly with the Top Management of business lines, the Head of B&PT and other top managers within CIB with a specific focus on GTB. On operational level, as part of an international team, he/she will interact with GTB business, B&PT, IT and other bank/Group representatives across legal entities and countries in order to support:
* the initiation and conduction of yearly IT project portfolio planning, demand and project activation process for CIB Business Lines and CIB Division overall;
* the analysis and alignment of Business Requirements and Business Cases with respect to IT Demand Requests and their alignment with overall business and IT strategies;
* project portfolio execution accompanying and creation of respective reporting to top management with regards to financial portfolio utilisation as well as status of project execution;
* preparation and conduction of other alignment meetings with Top Management;
* the interaction within CIB B&PT as well as other governance units of the Bank and within UniCredit Group outside of CIB (e.g. RTO, UCS, etc.).
What you'll need to succeed
* know-how of CIB business in combination with a fair understanding of the full end-to-end value chain.
* Knowledge of basic concepts of IT management processes (e.g. demand management, project management, release management) as well as robust communication, presentation and MS Office skills.
* Be able to work under time pressure in a fast-moving and international environment within an international team.
