Engineering/Economics graduates as well as proactive candidates with experience in Asset Management in the renewable energy sector will be considered for this position. /ppReporting to the Head of Asset Management, the Asset Manager is a member of the Stern Energy Asset Management team and is responsible for overseeing renewable photovoltaic (PV) plants. The role focuses on overviewing economic and technical aspects of the projects. /ppThe candidate will work in daily coordination with Italian and English-speaking business partners and colleagues. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities:br / /strong /pp- Monitor daily operations of SPVs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and project agreements. /pp- Monitor PV plant performance and coordinate technical interventions to ensure optimal production and project profitability. /pp- Maintain updated overviews of project contracts and financial agreements. /pp- Oversee invoice and loan payment processes. /pp- Review quarterly/yearly management accounts. /pp- Prepare reports and correspondence as required under project or loan agreements. /pp- Prepare monthly reports analyzing plant performance and investigating deviations from planned values. /pp- Coordinate with financial institutions and business partners. /pp- Prepare periodic liquidity forecasts. /pp- Liaise with authorities on matters related to plant operations. /ppbr / /ppstrongEssential requirements and skills:br / /strong /pp- Degree in engineering or Economics. /pp- Experience in asset management within the photovoltaic sector. /pp- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages; br / /pp- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). /pp- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. /pp- Teamworking skills. /ppbr / /ppThe contractual terms for the position will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, with the goal of a long-term placement within the company team. /ppbr / /ppPlace of work:br / Parma, Italy /p
