The role focuses on first‑level technical support for internal users, handling helpdesk activities, workstation maintenance, data & documentation management, and collaboration with the IT team to ensure infrastructure reliability.

Handle first‑level support requests (troubleshooting PC, peripherals, Office, email).
Insert, verify, and update data in corporate systems.
Maintain and adjust corporate templates and documents.
