Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of communication initiatives aligned with product launches, brand initiatives, and marketing priorities, coordinating external partners according to the budget allocated and operational efficiency.Contribute to the preparation of communication materials ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market visibility objectives, targeted to specific audiences within the architecture and construction ecosystem.Operate across multiple channels, including: website and digital platforms, email marketing, social media platforms, paid media campaigns, trade marketing and physical communication tools.Support the adoption of digital and AI tools that improve the efficiency and scalability of communication activities, including tools for content development, workflow improvement, and communication productivity.Required SkillsBrilliant background in marketing, communication, design, architecture, or business-related fields.Early professional experience in marketing communication, digital communication, or content-related roles (1–3 years) is considered relevant.willingness to work in an operational and execution-oriented roleability to manage multiple activities simultaneouslystrong organizational and time management skillsgoal oriented approachproactive mindset and interest in exploring new communication approaches involving AI tools (for example, for text, pictures, videos or flyers generation)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or CanvaProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCutExperience in design-driven industries such as architecture, interiors, materials, or lifestyle brands, can be a strong plus.
