Our Restructuring division is recruiting specialists for its Turnaround and operational improvement team. Key skills include cost cutting, streamlining production, supply chain optimisation, warehouse rationalisation, transport optimisation, inventory reduction, and customer service improvement. You will lead projects for Italian and international clients.
For our Milan team, we are recruiting a senior resource responsible for:
* Improving EBITDA and WC through procurement optimisation, inventory policies, supply chain, industrial processes, logistics, layout design, activity elimination, and resource allocation.
* Managing logistics and distribution projects at production sites and warehouses, integrating functions, and monitoring project progress.
* Leading supply chain projects (procurement, transport, production) using lean manufacturing and SCOR model; planning replenishments, designing logistics networks, and conducting feasibility studies.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This role is ideal if you have:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or business development.
* A master's degree in business, with additional courses in data science, analytics, or digital innovation preferred.
* Analytical skills and ability to interpret data and KPIs.
* Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and Qlik is a plus.
* Flexibility to travel within Italy and abroad.
