We are hunting for a gifted and resourceful Multimedia Manager to take the reins of our brand’s visual identity on YouTube and Instagram. This role requires a multi-faceted creative powerhouse who is equally comfortable behind the camera, executing high-level edits, and directing external agency partners.
The Role
You will be the guardian of our brand’s visual presence on our primary video platforms. We need an absolute expert in post-production, cinematography, and project coordination.
* Premium Post-Production: You master the art of pacing, narrative structure, and viewer retention. You can effortlessly switch between high-end, long-form YouTube videos and fast-paced, viral vertical content, while utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to dramatically accelerate your workflow.
* Agency Leadership: You aren’t a lone wolf. You will direct two external agencies that handle the majority of our physical shoots. Consider yourself the conductor—delivering precise creative briefs, strategic direction, and uncompromising quality control.
* Expert Cinematography: On the occasions you step behind the lens, you shine. You possess a deep, practical understanding of modern camera systems, professional lighting, and crisp audio capture.
* Brand Stewardship: You will deeply internalize our brand identity, ensuring that every asset—whether created in-house or by an agency—perfectly aligns with our aesthetic.

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of professional video production and editing experience.
* Expertise in industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) alongside advanced AI video tools.
* A proven track record of capturing broadcast-quality footage.
* Experience managing external creators, freelancers, or agencies is highly preferred.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of both YouTube and short-form vertical video ecosystems.
Salary Range: 40.000 euro - 55.000 euro RAL
