The role offers exposure to strategic decision‐making, cross‐functional initiatives, and executive‐level problem solving within a dynamic and fast‐evolving business environment.This position is designed as a strong entry point into corporate strategy, transformation, and industrial decision‐making.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives across the Transmission BUSupport the development of business plans, financial models, and investment evaluations (CapEx, make‐or‐buy, M&A screening)Collect, validate, and synthesize data from multiple functions (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Installation, etc.)Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership forumsContribute to the preparation of strategic workshops, reviews, and transformation governance routinesActively support ad‐hoc analyses related to performance improvement, portfolio optimization, and long‐term planning
Qualifications & Skills
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldUp to 3 years of experience in similar role or project management, installation positions, in EPC companiesStrong analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPointBasic understanding of financial concepts (e.g. P&L, cash flow, ROI, business cases)Strong interest in corporate strategy, business transformation, and industrial environmentsAbility to work effectively in a fast‐paced, cross‐functional, and international contextStrong attention to detail and structured problem‐solving skillsFluent in English; Italian is a plus
