Main Responsibilities1st Assignment: Lean and Continuous Improvement SpecialistBy covering this role, you will contribute promoting a “Continuous Improvement” culture by working closely with the Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality Managers through the roll‑out plan of tools implementation of the Ferrero Continuous Improvement Program. You will support your team toward a Lean‑approach to all working processes, extending the use of standards and Problem‑solving tools.
One of your tasks will be to support your Manager in developing, maintaining, and updating the strategic Group programs/Projects plan.
You will support your professional area in improving company standards and procedures, sharing good practices, and promoting plant integration.
