PpAs the Operational Management of the ETS engineering group(s) across the various locations of Europe, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of engineering, consultancy, and project activities and continuous improvement of related business processes; development of strategic direction of the department in line with the long‑term plan of the ETS Industry Pillar. /ppIn this role, you will focus on the operational execution of SCADA, Terminal, and Pipeline solutions, as well as proposal support, monthly status reporting, risk management, quality, resource, and supplier planning. /ppAdditionally, another responsibility will be the continuous development of the team with highly qualified Engineers and consultants, ensuring professional skills that match our strategic plan and ETS market requirements.
