About the role
To support the continued excellence of our racing products, we are currently looking for a Racing Gloves Stitcher to join our Production team.
The selected candidate will be involved in the manufacture of high-performance racing gloves worn by professional riders in motorsport disciplines. This is a highly specialized and detail-oriented role, requiring precision, craftsmanship, and a strong focus on product quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
* Stitching and assembling technical leather racing gloves for professional riders;
* Performing hand stitching and machine sewing using flat-bed and post (column) sewing machines;
* Executing high-precision tailoring processes on leather and technical materials;
* Ensuring the finished product meets Alpinestars' quality, performance, and safety requirements;
* Working closely with the production team to maintain consistency and attention to detail in every glove.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the production of leather gloves, preferably in high-quality or technical products;
* Excellent proficiency in using flat-bed and post sewing machines;
* Experience with overlock and double-needle machines is considered a plus;
* Strong attention to detail and precision;
* Willingness to work overtime when required
