We are now offering a fascinating position as a Senior System Engineer. /ppThe Senior System Engineer will contribute to the specification, design, realization, factory test, on site start-up and lifecycle management of complex systems for managing the visual aids of airports. /ppResponsibilities: /pulliYou are accountable for AGL design, system integration, and products selection /liliYou support the bidding team in defining technical proposals and cost estimations based on customer requirements. /liliYou assist Project Management during project execution. /liliYou support system validation including factory acceptance test with customer /liliYou generate and maintain project and product documentation such as system configuration, system/product manuals and design reports /liliYou support the activities of service engineers during on-site commissioning activities, warranty interventions and maintenance /li /ulpRequired Skills: /pulliMinimum Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering /liliMinimum 5 years of professional experience in electrical/electronic production or integration industries or engineering companies is mandatory. /liliProfessional experience in electrical design, system integration, installation, and testing is preferable. /liliExperience in airport technology is not required, but a strong interest in the field is highly appreciated. /liliExperience in the continuous and integrated use of generative artificial intelligence tools is mandatory for this role. /liliStrong interest in and commitment to continuously learning new technologies is key to success in the role. /liliKnowledge of mechanical/electrical CAD is an asset. /liliKnowledge of the principles and application of communication network and power network is an advantage. /lilistrong flexibility, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach are essential skills for success in this position /liliFluent English proficiency is a must, additional language (e.g. French) is considered a plus /li /ulpPersonal Skills: /ppWe are looking for a curious, proactive, and open-minded person, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in multicultural environments.
