Field service engineer - hvac

In this role you support building performance through HVAC, security and building‑automation systems, using connected services, data analytics and engineering tools. You monitor, troubleshoot and configure systems, and ensure smooth installation and acceptance of service jobs. You work across IT, networking and building-control environments to deliver proactive outcomes for occupants, energy and asset performance. You join a cross‑functional, customer‑facing team focused on reliable, secure operations and continuous improvement.

• Deliver proactive outcomes for occupant comfort, energy use and asset performance using Connected Service tech and EBI
• Prepare engineering drawings and project plans for Service Jobs (SLJ)
• Determine equipment and accessory needs and coordinate with FSL/FSS
• Install EBI, create graphics and perform programming per specifications
• Maintain deep competence in hardware/software across virtual and physical environments
• Be on-site for temporary or final acceptance of Service Jobs
• Collaborate with local and foreign teams to solve problems and identify cost-effective evolutions
• Understand HVAC and security field processes to manage the analytical aspects of the role

• Technical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or a related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT)
• Hands‑on experience servicing HVAC systems xjrgpwk (plus Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems)
• Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building‑automation controls, and standard protocols
• Knowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand switching
• Strong fault‑finding skills, communication abilities, and customer‑facing professionalism
• Fluent English and ability to work in dynamic, evolving technical environments
