About The Position We are looking for an HSE Specialist to join the Corbetta team, reporting directly to the HSE Manager. This position is based in Corbetta (MI). Responsibilities Health and Safety at Work
Continuous updating of the “Risk Assessment Document” and “Job Safety Analysis”. Management and follow‑up of the countermeasures identified in the “Risk Assessment Document”, with coordination of completion activities. Updating of specific risk analyses: asbestos, ATEX, EMF, chemical, electrical, ergonomics, fire, pregnant workers, workplaces, microclimate, lighting, AOR, noise, lightning, work‑related stress, ultrasound, video terminals, vibrations, etc. Coordination of the medical room. Testing, evaluation and adoption of new PPEs. Management of changes impacting health and safety. Machinery safety: specifications, pre‑acceptances, acceptances and risk assessment of new lines/machines/equipment. Supporting the effective maintenance of the H&S management system in accordance with ISO 45001 standard.
Environment
Assessment of environmental aspects and impacts, product/service life cycle analysis. Monitoring of air and water quality (emissions analysis, solvents balance, water analysis, etc.). F‑GAS management. Management activities related to the National Electronic Register for Waste Traceability (RENTRI) within the company. Reporting and analysis of KPIs with identification of countermeasures in case of deviations. Environmental continuous improvement initiatives (waste and water reduction). Internal audits and environmental awareness campaigns. Coordination of sustainability projects (e.g. sustainable packaging, circular economy, etc.). Management of the NQC portal and customer sustainability questionnaires. Management of changes impacting environmental aspects and impacts. Supporting the effective maintenance of the ENV management system in accordance with ISO 14001 standard.
Project Management and Reporting
Coordination of Group/Business projects. Preparation of presentations, data collection, mapping requirements from Group/Business. Support to Mobility Manager for sustainable mobility initiatives. Coordinating the continuous improvement activities at the plant level (MMS, GKD).
Requirements
3‑5 years of experience in similar roles (proven experience from Automotive is a plus). Degree in Engineering. Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken). RSPP or ASPP Certification. Deep knowledge of EHS legislation (e.g. Decree 81/08, Decree 152/06, etc.). Safety trainer certification according to Legal Decree 06/03/2013. Good knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications (auditor qualification is a plus). Good knowledge of Machine Directive 2006/4/CE. Good knowledge of the main lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Gemba, etc.). Familiarity with regulatory portals (INAIL, CIVA, STRIMS, FGAS, etc.).
