Global IT Application Management Internship

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global IT AMS team, providing support in all the back-office applications cross countries. In this role, the candidate will have the possibility/opportunity to put the hands on one of the leading cloud platforms on the market, getting experience on different core processes, collaborating with the other Global departments as well as the Local functions, both IT and Business.

Youll be in charge of:
1. Support on application maintenance service management with focus on worldwide back-office applications processes,
2. Ensure incidents are logged accurately and timely and passed to second line support teams,
3. Global Support Tool configuration: harmonization to Global Model,
4. Streamlining on user provisioning process,
5. Expand procedures and best practices documentation with the aim of consolidation across countries.
You are the right person if you:
6. are a student or new graduate in IT area,
7. speak English fluently and are curious to work with multicultural teams,
8. are a determined person, provided with a growth mindset,
9. have good communication and presentation skills,
10. have a proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team.

13. Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team youll be working with!).
