You will work with large datasets, build financial models, and automate processes.In particular, you will:Build financial and commercial models to support global decisions on:Store Performance with its connected commercial KPIsPortfolio optimization and consolidationFranchise negotiations and long-term growth scenariosMaintain and evolve global growth and portfolio management budget and plans for franchised markets for all touch points: Marketplace, D2C, Stores. etcEnable and monitor automated data flows (SFTP → data lake), ensuring franchise data quality and consistencyUse SQL and Python (plus) to automate manual processes and create scalable analytical toolsAnalyze customer behavior across channels and integrate insights into sales strategiesProactively identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency across the global franchising portfolioProvide analytical support and recommendations for strategic and operational decisionsCollaborate closely with retail operations, real estate, finance, supply chain teams, country organizations, franchising partnersDevelop and maintain a toolbox of analytical frameworks and dashboards to support the franchising team’s strategic workWhat you will need to succeedBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar3+ years of experience in an analytical, strategy, or data-focused roleStrong SQL skills;
