As a Technical Solution Manager, you will be responsible for leading large teams and customers on the solution strategy and scope. Your financial skills will enable you to understand and assess financial models and calculations.
You will have experience creating, assessing, and negotiating contracts. Strong communication skills are essential in articulating the impact and business benefits of solutions and managing stakeholder expectations.
This role involves creating and selling PaaS, IaaS, and Infrastructure Services Solutions that add value to customers. You will lead technical teams on complex consulting engagements, combining market value assets to create solutions and cost cases for long-term opportunities.
The solution architecture will be defined and documented by you, with evaluation and selection of technologies and platforms. You must ensure that the solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, collaborate with human resources, legal, and delivery departments during the engagement phase. The design of technical solutions will be owned by you, and you will be the main source of engagement management and solution design.
Meetings with clients will take up 40% of your time. Sell managed services solutions and projects to clients and lead teams of experts from different IT areas and countries.
