Job Description
Your role
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer_Methods & Technology_Painting who will support the Manufacturing Engineer Team in different activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure that the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations
* Process standardization and optimization
* Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable management to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process. Process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation)
* Problem solving on existing equipment / process
* New equipment characteristics definition (maintainability, availability, reliability), introduction and ramp-up
* Development and updating of work and control procedures, management of team of technicians and painters.
* Review and calculate labor, material (direct and indirect), and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making
* Process measurement & work analysis (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation)
* Project tracking
* Benchmarking
Main Requirements
* You have a Master Degree in Engineering
* You have at least 2 years of experience in complex environments with similar roles, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer
* Strong expertise in painting processes, painting technologies, and paint-line operations (mandatory).
* You have knowledge on Lean and Six Sigma
* You are able to establish and maintain excellent relationships
* Ability to adapt to various corporate environments with different cultures. Strong communication skills, leadership, and teamwork
* You are capable of working under pressure, of working on several tasks simultaneously, and of delivering tasks on time
* You are oriented to digitalization and information technologies
* You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
