We are looking for a Top Management Voice to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Communication Director. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of the top management communications strategy and plan. Your main activities will be: - Developing and executing Top Management communications strategy and plan in alignment with Brand & Corporate communication - Creating contents for all Top Management communications including events, interviews, keynote speeches, seminars and conferences, openings - Writing speeches and talking points for external events and public speaking opportunities - Proactively identifying speaking engagements / public appearances - Designing and developing presentations for various audiences - Drafting briefing books used to prepare the Board Members/CEO for events, press conferences, roundtables and interviews - Overseeing CEO social media strategy, with focus on leveraging platforms to drive engagement across priority audiences and topics - Coordinating other executive’s social media presence and assuring coherence and consistence with Automobili Lamborghini channels - Being partner closely with the CEO and other executives on a daily basis About you - University Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field - 5 years’ communications experience preferably in the luxury automotive field - Previous executive communication experience - Press office experience even with Public Authorities as a plus - Excellent written skills - Excellent presentation skills with popular presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote) - Good knowledge of social media - Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus - Goal oriented and high level of accuracy - Good standing and public speaking skills - Leadership - Strategic thinking - Attention to detail and ability to work independently What we offer - Flexible working - Holistic Well-Being program - Parenthood program - Specific job posting for internal employees - Access to qualified Learning paths - Development programs
