We are looking for a Communication Assistant Coordinator to support our Global Communication Manager in planning, creating, and executing communication initiatives across markets. 
This role plays a key part in ensuring that our brand identity and positioning remains consistent, strategic, and aligned with our global vision. 
What You Will Do 
• Support the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns. 
• Coordinate daily communication activities and ensure timely delivery of projects and deadlines. 
• Monitor media coverage, track performance, and prepare analytical reports. 
• Collaborate with internal departments (content, design, and production) to gather materials and align messaging. 
• Assist in organizing and promoting global events, workshops, and PR activities at our Galleries worldwide. 
• Maintain and update contact databases and outreach lists (including the Fueguia **** Community). 
• Manage gifting initiatives for selected target audiences and follow up on appointments.
