Job Description
You will join the Quality Department, supporting the organization in ensuring process robustness and product quality within the automotive environment, with a focus on internal manufacturing processes for mechatronic pumps.
As part of the Internal Process Quality team, you will manage quality-related topics concerning the assembly and manufacturing processes of vacuum pumps, mechanical and electric oil pumps, as well as electric motors.
Main tasks
* Performing and analyzing capability studies (MSA, Cm, Cmk, Cp, Cpk) on mechanical and mechatronic assembly processes
* Monitoring process performance and identifying quality deviations and instability
* Applying structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, PDCA) to process-related issues
* Collaborating with Production and Process Engineering to define and implement corrective and preventive actions
* Supporting the industrialization and ramp-up of new products and processes
* Analyzing process and quality data using SPC techniques
* Ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 requirements and internal quality standards
* Supporting internal process audits and continuous improvement activities
Education
bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, automotive, Industrial Engineering or similar
Technical know-how:
* Knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949)
* Good understanding of process capability, MSA and SPC
* Experience with mechanical and mechatronic assembly processes
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Process Quality / Manufacturing Quality within an automotive environment

Language Skills
