Education
* High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Experience
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with sterile production processes.
* Proven track record of meeting production targets.

* Understanding of safety and hygiene regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and work in a strictly controlled sterile environment.
