We are looking for a Warehouse Office, reporting directly to Logistic Supervisor.
As a member of DOGA Italia's department, he/she will be doing job tasks.
Essential Tasks
Partecipate at daily coordination meeting managed form Logistic dpt.
Warehouse internal documentation
Customers and forwarders pickup organization
Shipping documents, including CMR forms
Labels according customers specifications
Customs template, web portal and procedures
Interface with customer logistic web portals
PC skill (better Sap experience)
Barcode scanner terminal used to manage semi-finished/finished goods
Profile Required
Education: High School
Years of experience: 1+ year work experience in related position in manufacturing company
Languages: English required
Other skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Personal skills/abilities: Interpersonal skills
