You will work closely with internal tendering teams and, when needed, external subcontractors to provide reliable, transparent inputs. The final tender will be submitted on time to the HVDC Bids Proposals / Sales Department. /p h3How you'll make an impact /h3 ul liFollow CC internal processes while adapting to project specifics. /li liRepresent CC in all tender meetings; ensure all tender information is complete and accurate. /li liCollaborate with Engineering, Supply chain, Finance, HR, Operation and Sales teams to clarify technical and commercial issues. /li liReview Engineering drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), man-hour estimates, and subcontracting strategies, including RFQs and bid analysis. /li liAnalyse specifications, assess risks, and communicate cost impacts to management. /li liFinalise cost calculations, conduct tender reviews, consider previously Lessons Learnt and implement approved changes. /li liPrepare and submit all required documentation; support handover to project execution. /li liContribute to continuous improvement, and comply with HSE and quality policies; occasional travel required /li liResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external internal regulations, procedures guidelines. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liBachelor or master-degree in technical discipline /li liPostgraduate study/courses in economics and commercial management would be of advantage /li liAbout 5 Years of experience working in HVDC and/or similar Business /li liSubstantial experience and knowledge of multidiscipline scopes of work /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. /li liKnowledge of planning, scheduling, and risk management /li liStrong business awareness with a strategic, global mindset /li liCollaborative team player, creative and goal-oriented /li liExcellent English communication: additional language (Italian, German, French, or Spanish) is a plus /li /ul h3More about us /h3 pWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact. /p bQualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
