We're hiring: Partnerships & Growth Manager
Cooltura is a social-first creative agency working with some of the world's leading brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and culture.
We create content and campaigns designed to live where culture moves fastest — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube — combining strategy, creativity, and real-time execution.
We're looking for a Partnerships & Growth Manager to become the key point of contact between Cooltura and major platform partners (TikTok, YouTube, Meta), while also driving commercial growth and supporting project delivery.
YOUR MISSION
Be the bridge between platforms, clients, and internal teams — building strong relationships, unlocking opportunities, and turning them into concrete projects and revenue.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own and grow relationships with platform partners (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.)
Act as main point of contact for BPMs and platform representatives
Identify opportunities, briefs, and co-marketing initiatives with platforms
Develop strategic proposals and decks aligned with client and platform needs
Build and manage commercial offers and pricing structures
Support pitches and new business opportunities
Oversee projects from opportunity to delivery, ensuring quality and alignment
Troubleshoot across teams, clients, and platforms when needed
Stay constantly on top of platform updates, trends, and opportunities
WHO YOU ARE
7+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or account management
Strong understanding of social platforms (especially TikTok & YouTube)
Commercial mindset with ability to turn relationships into opportunities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker but also highly operational
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Fluent in Italian and English, or Spanish is a plus
Strong presentation and storytelling skills (decks, pitches)
BONUS IF YOU HAVE
Background in creative agencies or social-first environments with strong platform exposure
