\nVollzeit The Digital Payments domain is responsible for delivering ICT solutions that enhance UniCredit’s digital product offering for Corporate and SME clients.\n
We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Specialist to contribute to the definition, delivery, and continuous evolution of UniCredit’s digital banking products, with a strong focus on payments, cash management, and digital channels
\n
What you'll be doing
\n
\n
- Support to Cash Management products functionalities as key Product Specialist
\n
- Based on product requirements define user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
\n
- Participate in defining and articulating the product vision, roadmap, and long term strategy
\n
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
\n
- Translate business goals into clear product objectives and success metrics
\n
- Act as a key interface between business, technology, UX, marketing, legal, and operations
\n
- Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders and manage expectations
\n
- Prepare and present product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to leadership
\n
- Ensure clarity and alignment for development and delivery teams
\n
- Work closely with engineering and design teams in Agile/Scrum environments
\n
- Mentor junior product specialists or product owners
\n
\n
What you'll need to succeed
\n
\n
- 8+ years of experience in digital product management within banking or financial services
\n
- Strong understanding of banking processes, digital channels, and enterprise IT landscapes
\n
- Solid knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory constraints in banking
\n
- Proven experience working in Agile environments
\n
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
\n
- Good team working capabilities, in the context of medium to large project teams distributed among multiple countries / locations
\n
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
\n
- English proficiency (minimum B1);
\n
\nNice to have:\n\n
- Additional European language (e.g. German).
\n
- Knowledge of Cash Pooling and related techniques
\n
- Experience operating in international, matrix‑driven organizations.
