We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Professional to join our team as a Chef de Rang. This role involves delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests.
Main Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests warmly, accompany them to the table and provide the menu, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.
* Oversee a section of the dining room with precision and efficiency.
* Introduce the menu, describing each dish in detail and answering any questions guests may have.
* Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
* Provide quality service in line with high standards.
* Take orders and provide recommendations when needed.
Candidate Profile:
* Fluent level of English is required; Italian language skills are also an asset.
* Previous experience in a similar role in luxury hotels is preferred.
* Knowledge of food service and wine selection is mandatory.
* Excellent customer service attitude and attention to details are essential.
* Outstanding communication and organizational skills are necessary.
