You will lead the modernization and optimization of our digital workplace (mobile and laptop) and overall digital employee experience. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and solutions to boost employee productivity, satisfaction, and engagement. You will also shape the strategy and vision for the IT Digital Employee Experience domain, positively impacting our company's culture and performance. In this role, you will rethink the digital employee experience by integrating new AI and cloud technologies to provide personalized, proactive, and predictive support. You will leverage AI to develop innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: As the leader in IT Digital Employee Experience, your responsibilities will include: Device Lifecycle Management: Oversee procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of end-user devices (PCs and mobile), ensuring optimal performance and compliance with IT policies. End-User Support: Deliver prompt, high-quality support for device-related issues. Modern Workspace Enablement: Manage the deployment of mobile and laptop devices using the latest technologies, including AI-enabled solutions to enhance the digital employee experience. Device Management: Implement systems for tracking and maintaining IT hardware assets throughout their lifecycle. Lead transformation initiatives involving Microsoft M365, Copilot, AI tools, Intune/SCCM, and Autopilot. Define and execute the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the IT Digital Employee Experience, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. Manage budgets effectively and oversee vendor relationships. EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS: To succeed, candidates should have: A Master's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, or employee experience design. Strong knowledge of mobile and laptop technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise environments, Android, iOS, and ServiceNow. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. A passion for innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
