Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and present pizzas with exceptional attention to dough, ingredients, timing, and technique, ensuring consistency and excellence in every service.
* Work fluidly within the kitchen brigade, supporting fellow team members during preparation and service, fostering a spirit of collaboration and shared growth.
* Support the Chef in executing specialty dinners, private events, and functions with minimal supervision.
* Contribute creativity and expertise to elevate unique dining experiences.
* Assist with food requisitions and ordering under the Chef's guidance, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
Qualifications
*
* Minimum of one year of experience as a Pizza Specialist/Maker or in a Chef de Partie role with strong bakery or pizza expertise.
* Strong focus on precision, detail, and consistency in plate presentation and overall dish quality.
