You won't be waiting for an SDR to book your demos. You run the full cycle: you prospect, you qualify, you demo, you close. This is a role for someone who thrives without a safety net, someone who sees a blank pipeline and gets excited, not anxious. /p pYou'll work directly with our Head of Sales and play a central role in shaping how we sell. /p ul liHit and exceed your monthly MRR target by owning your pipeline end-to-end. /li liBuild and maintain a healthy, self-generated pipeline through disciplined outbound and inbound management. /li liShorten the sales cycle by running sharp, consultative demos that move deals forward fast. /li /ul h3What you'll work on /h3 ul liRun outbound every day (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate your own pipeline from scratch. /li liIdentify and prioritize the right ICP accounts. /li liBuild and iterate on your own outreach sequences based on what actually converts. /li /ul h3Discovery demos /h3 ul liRun discovery calls that go deep, understand the brand's challenges, not just their tech stack. /li liDeliver product demos tailored to each prospect’s specific use case. /li liHandle objections with confidence and move deals forward at every stage. /li /ul h3Closing /h3 ul liOwn the commercial conversation from first call to signed contract. /li liManage a clean, up-to-date pipeline in Attio so forecasts are always accurate. /li /ul h3Feedback iteration /h3 ul liBring market intelligence back to the team - what objections are you hearing, what’s resonating, what’s not. /li liCollaborate with marketing and product to sharpen messaging based on real conversations. /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in a sales role (preferably in B2B SaaS or eCommerce solutions) - you know what it takes to hit a number month after month. /li liYou're comfortable running the full cycle - you don't need someone to book your meetings or close your deals. /li liYou're data-driven - you track your own metrics and use them to improve, not just report them. /li liYou take ownership seriously. When a deal slips, you ask what you could have done differently. /li liComfortable operating in a fast-moving startup where the process is always evolving. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul h3What we expect /h3 h3Within days /h3 ul liUnderstand our product, ICP, and current sales motion - sit in on calls, review past deals, learn what works. /li liGet familiar with our CRM and outbound tooling. /li liStart building your first list and drafting your outreach approach. /li /ul h3Within weeks /h3 ul liRun your first demos independently and close your first deals. /li liEstablish a daily prospecting routine and a consistent pipeline input rhythm. /li liIdentify the biggest gaps in our current sales process and flag them to the team. /li /ul h3Within months /h3 ul liOwn your number fully - pipeline, conversion, revenue. /li liBecome the person at TextYess who knows more about how to sell to eCommerce brands than anyone else. /li liHelp shape the sales playbook as we scale the team. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liSalary: The base annual salary (RAL) ranges from €40K to €50K + uncapped commission with high upside. /li liStock Options: You'll receive a highly incentivizing stock options package so that if TextYess becomes a giant company, you can enjoy substantial rewards.
