We enable your best to power our future. /ppbJob Description /b: Aim of the position is to manage Italian market or regional Clients in the Advertiser Commercial division. Key responsibilities include: /pulliManage Italian market or regional Clients in the Advertiser Commercial division /liliSet up and deliver a strategic growth plan focused on the clients who are part of the assigned client portfolio and white space /liliSupport the Advertisers Agencies leadership team in finding new growth opportunities in the local market or on specific regional targets. /liliDevelop commercial opportunities with new Local big Advertisers /liliBe constantly updated on product and solutions as well as the market landscape and strategic relations. /li /ulpbResponsibilities /b include: /pulliAchieve and exceed targets for renewals and new business /liliManage portfolio of clients including local, regional and global stakeholders for existing revenue, including high level negotiations, as well as new partnership opportunities and account developments. /liliOwn and develop relationships with strategic Advertisers for upsell, cross sell and timely renewals. /liliSupport the Advertisers Agencies growth initiative via outreach to White Space Advertisers, adopting sales initiatives and available tools. /liliQuarterly Business Reviews with clients to ensure partnership and collaboration across their business challenges. /liliProactive with sharing knowledge across the team, aiding collaboration and upskilling. /liliUtilise Salesforce to track the entire sales and contract renewal cycle, with a focus on accurate forecasting of revenue. /liliWork in cooperation with the Delivery team in engaging the client and defining/collecting the client’s KPIs /li /ulpbSkills /b required: /pulliCommercial Acumen /liliPipeline Management /liliNegotiation Skills /liliPresentation Skills /liliKnowledge of Audience measurement solutions, particular Nielsen ONE, Media Analytics and Ad Intel /liliKnowledge of the advertising and media market landscape /li /ulpNielsen is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
