TEAM MANAGER OPERATIONS / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / FLORENCE
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily store operations (goods receiving, stock management, replenishment, cash handling)
* Lead, coach, and schedule the operations team to ensure optimal performance
* Monitor operational KPIs (stock accuracy, shrinkage, productivity, replenishment timing)
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and legal regulations
* Optimize stock flow between stockroom and sales floor
* Support visual merchandising to ensure proper product presentation
* Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational targets
* Manage stock counts, inventories, and internal audits
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Ensure a high level of customer service through efficient store operations
The ideal candidate will have the xivgfpx following skills, knowledges and experience:
* Fluent spoken English and Italian
* At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands
* Business driven and detailed oriented
* Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
* Confident, enthusiastic and positive
* Problem solving
