MISSION:
The E&I Engineer will support maintenance and project activities related to Electrical and Instrumentation systems, ensuring equipment availability, technical compliance, and efficient coordination with internal teams and external vendors across different project phases and locations.
TASKS:
* Monitor Electrical and Instrumentation equipment availability and identify potential shortfalls.
* Support project teams during breakdowns and ordinary or extraordinary maintenance and inspection activities.
* Review and support planning of E&I activities, ensuring readiness of spare parts and subcontracting where required.
* Liaise with vendors for planned and unplanned assistance and technical services.
* Participate in shortfall analysis and HSE incident investigations when required.
* Review RCA, PLR, and CTA related to E&I equipment and systems.
* Review spare parts strategies and actual requirements for Electrical and Instrumentation equipment.
* Follow up on obsolescence issues with main vendors and review spare parts proposals.
* Develop maintenance procedures in compliance with project Scope of Work and specifications.
* Estimate work activities and support schedule compliance.
* Support Management of Change (MoC) requests in coordination with the HSE department.
* Support the establishment of critical vendor and subcontractor service agreements and scopes of work.
* Perform maintenance re-engineering activities on Electrical and Instrumentation equipment, including CMMS improvements and equipment additions.
* Carry out reliability analysis and return-of-experience activities to improve maintenance efficiency.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Atleast 5 years electrical background with strong and proven knowledge in Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines.
* Atleast 5 solid experience in E&I engineering roles, preferably within industrial or energy projects.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
* Fluent in English.
SOFTWARE & TOOLS:
* MS Office tools: mandatory.
* MCS knowledge: considered a plus. xjrgpwk

* 8 months – Remote Working
* 2 months – Onsite at Milan Office
* 2 months – Onsite at Angola Office
