We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Executive to join the dynamic team of Seed To Skin Tuscany. The role focuses on developing and executing engaging social media strategies, strengthening brand awareness, and creating impactful digital storytelling aligned with the standards of a luxury skincare brand.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Develop and manage editorial calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistency with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
* Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform, with a strong focus on visual storytelling and audience engagement.
* Monitor and analyse social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities within the beauty and luxury industries.
* Lead and support TikTok strategy and execution, leveraging platform knowledge to maximise reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
* Coordinate PR seeding and influencer marketing activities, including identifying relevant creators, managing collaborations, and maintaining relationships with influencers and partners.
* Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ideate and produce innovative content aligned with the brand's tone of voice and aesthetic.
* Track, analyse, and report social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimise content and campaigns.
* Support the development of brand awareness and community engagement through proactive and strategic digital communication.

Who you are:

* At least 2 years of experience, with a strong personal interest in beauty, and skincare.
* Fluency in English.
* Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and especially TikTok, with the ability to understand platform trends and best practices.
* Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and content creation.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance analysis. xjrgpwk
