Demand Planner Woman & Man (Maternity Leave) The Demand Planning Team is looking for a Demand Planner to manage downstream supply chain activities for the entire WW Woman & Man business for the LG, Accessories, Shoes and RTW categories. Based in Rome, within the Supply Chain Department, the Demand Team has the aim of guaranteeing the correct availability of the Timeless products in Retail and apply the merchandise and product strategy of the Brand. Job responsibilities Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results Interact with Central Merchandising, to understand and adjust demand forecast drivers for both Permanent and Cross Seasonal products Use the Demand Planning software (Anaplan) as the primary forecasting and sales simulation tool Interact with Sales Planning team to align bottom up and top-down forecast Product Catalogue analysis to drive efficiency in terms of stock and coverage Manage worldwide inventory, optimizing product availability and coverage also providing max number of stores by SKU and size grid by Zone Ensure steady availability on permanent product providing reorders, vectors and priority to Supply Planning teams Support the team in monthly activities (S&OP; stock projection; stock tension; SC KPI, Coverage report; wholesale orders optimization) Profile Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar fields At least 2-3 years’ experience in Luxury or Fashion industry or Good knowledge of supply chain processes Knowledge of Demand Planning software such as Anaplan or SAP Strong analytical Excel and PowerBI skills Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and forecasting methods Fluent in English; French a plus Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity Enthusiastic about teamwork and willing to collaborate to achieve common goals LVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities.
